    I called to make sure exterior aftermarket parts don't impact the ability to service a vehicle and then said that I would actually schedule the appointment online. I also mentioned that I'm mainly interested in the Multi-Point Inspection because the vehicle has only had oil changes for a few years and brakes were anticipated to be bad. I get to the dealership and am met with groveling because apparently they don't do noon appointments because everyone goes to lunch. There's also continual asks of if I called and who I talked to. If you primarily want to schedule appointments over the phone, the first rep should have told me that. There's an online tool available you should be more supportive of those using it. On the form I marked that I would be waiting in the lobby, then I'm told this is going to be many hours. There's no assistance with transportation options, just a statement. So I'm the one to offer a solution. That is poor service. Help inform the customer of timelines before they get there, and if your only way of doing that is over the phone, take the online site down or tell me when I initially called. The service itself is a black box. The vehicle was dropped off on Friday at noon, the vehicle inspection doesn't even start until around 5. Saturday just before close comes around and I have not heard anything from you. The tool still shows inspection in progress. I end up having to call in order to get any information and no one answers (despite still being open) and I have to leave a message. I should not have to be the one to reach out on multi-day services for an update. Monday comes around and I finally get an answer back and the vehicle is ready. I get there and read through the print out and come to find my original worry that I voiced on the phone, brakes, isn't even included in the Multi-Point Inspection. Dissappintly poor experience all around and ultimately the customer experience is why I will never be returning.

    I was not having a good experience at the dealership I was previously going to. So I decided to come back to where I knew the service was amazing and I would get all the information I needed along with all the services that needed to be done during my visit.

    Diagnosed a very tough error code that set the engine check light. I i9nterviewed the technician and he had a wonderful explanation as to why the code was being set and what he did to fix it.
